Urology

This course provides an in-depth understanding of urology, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Key topics include urinary tract infections, kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, erectile dysfunction, and bladder disorders. Students will learn essential clinical skills, including urine analysis, imaging techniques, and urological examinations. The course emphasizes both medical and surgical management strategies, including pharmacologic treatments and urological surgeries such as cystectomy and prostatectomy. Practical sessions and case-based learning will enhance students’ diagnostic and therapeutic skills in urology.
