This course provides a comprehensive introduction to women’s health, covering essential topics in obstetrics and gynaecology. In obstetrics, students will learn about normal pregnancy, antenatal care, labour and delivery, and common complications such as preeclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage. The gynaecology section covers menstrual disorders, infertility, reproductive endocrinology, contraception, and gynaecological cancers. Clinical skills training includes pelvic examinations, ultrasound interpretation, and emergency obstetric care. Case-based learning and hands-on sessions will enhance diagnostic and management skills in maternal and reproductive health.
